About Hoops4Health

The Hoops 4 Health concept was created in conjunction with the Redfern & Wu Chopperen AMS’ from 1995-2001. 2002 saw the official launch of The Hoops 4 Health Program in Cairns with Founder, Timmy Duggan, MC Trevor Tim, Olympian Danny Morseu, Health advocate Bernard David, Cairns basketball legend, Deba George and Australian Indigenous Doctors Association Member, Dr. Mark Wenitong. In 2006 World Champion Boxer, Anthony Mundine was announced as an official patron.
